play cuff bracelet made with section of tubing (or rolled cardstock?), with glue gun glue dotted all over and blue plastic jewels embedded before cooling... all glue areas covered with composition gold foil (helped into crevices with dry soft paintbrush) before glue too old... inside of cuff covered with felt?

play sceptre made with long tube (fr.wapping paper?), fabric, trims, xmas bead string, and plastic jewels (embeded in glue gun glue, later covered with composition gold leafing) glued onto upper areas
